【摘要】 目的观察多样性护理方式在糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理中的应用效果。方法对该院2016年5月—2017年5月接收的126例糖尿病合并冠心病患者资料加以探究,分成两组,对照组(63例)行常规护理,实验组(63例)行多样性护理方式,对比2组护理效果。结果实验组2 hPG(9.46±1.52)mmol/L、FBG(6.12±1.38)mmol/L较之对照组更低(P<0.05);实验组社会功能(83.56±5.21)分等生活质量维度分值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果糖尿病合并冠心病患者行多样性护理方式可取得满意效果,可被临床推广、应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application effect of multiple nursing methods in nursing of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease. Methods 126 cases of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into two groups with 63 ases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the experimental group used the multiple nursing method, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The 2 hPG and FBG in the experimental group were respectively(9.46±1.52)mmol/L and(6.12±1.38)mmol/L, which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the social function in the experimental group was(83.56±5.21)points, which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of multiple nursing methods in nursing of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease is satisfactory,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.更多还原
