【摘要】 目的分析婴幼儿肺炎合并糖尿病应用整体护理的效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月该院收治的婴幼儿肺炎合并糖尿病患儿76例,按照不同的护理方式平均分成对照组和研究组每组38例,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用整体护理,比较两组患儿的整体护理效果。结果研究组患儿护理的有效率为94.74%,对照组患儿护理的有效率为78.95%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿护理满意度显著高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论对于婴幼儿肺炎合并糖尿病进行整体护理,护理效果显著,且易于被接受和认可,提高护理满意度,值得进行广泛的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing of infants with pneumonia and diabetes. Methods 76 cases of infants with pneumonia and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods 38 case in each group, the control group applied the routine nursing, while the research group applied the holistic nursing, and the holistic nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(94.74% vs 78.95%)(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing of infants with pneumonia and diabetes is obvious, and it is easy to be accepted and recognized, and it can improve the satisfactory degree and is worth wide application.更多还原
