【摘要】 目的探讨激光光凝治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法选取该院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者120例(213眼),根据临床分期给予不同范围的光凝治疗,非增殖期患者(n=54,98眼)采用局限性光凝治疗,增殖期患者(n=66,115眼),采用全视网膜光凝治疗,观察视力和疗效。结果治疗后视力提高101眼(47.4%),无变化91眼(42.7%),视力下降21眼(9.9%);非增殖期总有效率为94.9%,增殖期总有效率为84.3%,两个时期总有效率为89.2%。结论糖尿病性视网膜病变患者采用激光光凝治疗疗效确切,可有效提高患者视力,促进视功能恢复,是治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy. Methods120 cases(213 eyes) of diabetic retinopathy treated in this department from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected and treated with laser photocoagulation on different scope according to their clinical stage, the non proliferative phase patients were given localized photocoagulation treatment, and patients with proliferative phase were treated with whole retinal photocoagulation, and their eyesight and curative effect of the two groups were compared and observed. Results After treatment, the visual acuity increased in 101 eyes(47.4%), no changes in 91 eyes(42.7%), and the visual acuity decreased in 21eyes(9.9%); the total effective rate in the non proliferative phase was 94.9%, and that of the proliferative phase was 84.3%,and the total effective rate was 89.2% in the two periods. Conclusion Laser photocoagulation is effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, which can significantly improve the eyesight of patients, promote visual function to recover.
