【摘要】 目的观察前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的效果。方法选择糖尿病肾病患者66例,随机将其分为两组,即对照组(33例)和观察组(33例),两组患者均给予常规治疗和贝那普利治疗,观察组在此基础上给予前列地尔治疗,对比两组患者疗效及治疗前后蛋白尿水平。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白含量和尿微量白蛋白较治疗前均有所降低,且观察组降低程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿疗效显著,建议在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of alprostadil in treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria. Methods 66 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each, both groups were treated with routine therapy and benazepril, and the observation group were treated with alprostadil on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect and proteinuria level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group obviously increased compared with that in the control group(P<0.05), after treatment, the 24 h urinary protein content and urine microalbumin decreased and the decrease degree in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of alprostadil in treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria is obvious, and it is suggested to be promoted and applied in clinic.更多还原
