【摘要】 目的观察分析优质护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者健康教育管理的临床效果。方法随机抽取该院2014年9月—2016年9月间接收的妊娠期糖尿病患者108例进行研究,分成观察组和对照组各54例,观察组患者采取常规护理并进行健康教育,对照组患者采取优质护理的措施并强化健康教育管理,将患者的健康知识知晓率和血糖情况相对比,并记录妊娠和分娩的结果。结果观察组患者健康知识知晓率为70.4%,明显低于对照组92.6%的知晓率;对照组的血糖控制情况优于观察组。对照组出现产后出血、胎儿窒息等情况的概率要低于观察组,整体疗效更为显著(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者采取优质护理措施,不仅可以改善孕妇血糖情况,还能提升胎儿的出生质量,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of excellent nursing on the health education and management of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 108 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 54 cases in each, the observation group adopted the routine nursing and health education, while the control group adopted the excellent nursing measures and enhanced the health education management, and the awareness rate of health knowledge and blood glucose situation were compared between the two groups, and the gestational and delivery results were recorded. Results The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,(70.4% vs 92.6%), and the blood glucose control situation in the control group was better than that in the observation group,and the probability of postpartum hemorrhage and fetal asphyxia was lower than that in the observation group, and the holistic curative effect was more obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion The excellent nursing measures for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can not only improve the blood glucose situation of delivery women but also improve the birth quality of fetuses, which is worth promotion.更多还原
