【摘要】 随着BIM技术在国内的推广应用,大型公共建筑基本上采用了不同深度的BIM应用^[1]。本文主要介绍了长沙梅溪湖国际文化艺术中心幕墙工程在深化设计阶段、加工阶段、施工阶段和运维阶段的全生命周期BIM技术应用。通过BIM技术应用,解决了幕墙深化设计难度大、加工精度要求高、施工安装管理难、运营维护难度大等难点,实现了幕墙工程的智慧建造。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the domestic popularization and application of BIM technology,the large public buildings basically used the different depth of BIM applications[1]. This article mainly introduces the application of BIM technology in Changsha Meixi Lake International Culture and Art Center of curtain wall engineering project in design development stage,processing stage,construction stage and operational stage of the whole life-cycle. Through the application of BIM technology,solved the difficulties of curtain wall design development,high machining accuracy requirements,construction and installation management as well as the operation and maintenance,finally realized intelligent construction of the curtain wall project.更多还原
