【摘要】 目的探讨甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对突发感音神经性耳聋(sudden sensorineural hearing loss,SSNHL)患者听力康复及血脂水平的影响。方法选取2013年1月~2016年12月于我院诊治的SSNHL患者96例,分为对照组和观察组各48例。给予所有患者改善耳内微循环、降低纤维蛋白原和营养神经等基础治疗。对照组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠静脉注射,观察组给予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后注射。分析对比两组的治疗总有效率及血脂水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率(83.3%)高于对照组(70.8%)(P<0.05);经治疗,两组低频下降型总有效率显著高于其它三种分型的总有效率(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TCH)、甘油三脂(triglyceride,TG)和脂蛋白A[lipoprotein A,LP(A)]水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗后的TCH、TG和LP(A)水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的TCH、TG和LP(A)水平略高于治疗前,但不具统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠有助于SSNHL患者的听力康复,但耳后注射较静脉注射(尤其对于低中频型和全聋型)的总有效率更高,且耳后注射对患者血脂水平影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of methylprednisolone sodium succinate on hearing recovery and blood lipid levels of patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL). Methods A total of 96 patients with SSNHL treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group(48 cases) and observation group(48 cases). All the patients received improving earmicrocirculation, reducing fibrinogen,nervenutrition and other basic treatments. On the basis of those, The control group was given sodium succinate sodium succinate intravenous injection, while the observation group was given sodium succinate sodium succinate through posterior ear injection. The total efficiency and blood lipid levels of two groups were compared. Results The total efficiency of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05). The total efficiency for low medium frequency type of two groups were higher than those of the other three types(P<0.05). After treatment, TCH, TG and LP(A) levels of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05). TCH, TG and LP(A) levels of control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). TCH, TG and LP(A) levels of observation group were slightly higher than those before treatment, but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Methylprednisolone sodium succinate contributes to the hearing recovery of SSNHL patients, but the total efficiency of intravenous injection(especially for low medium frequency type and total deaf type) is higher than posterior ear injection. The posterior ear injection had less effects on blood lipid level of patients.更多还原
