【摘要】 目的总结分析156例拟行人工耳蜗植入患者术前影像学评估结果。方法回顾性分析156例人工耳蜗植入患者的术前资料及影像学检查结果。结果术前筛查患者156例(312耳),其中男102例,女54例,平均年龄2.4岁。头颅MRI:40例脑白质发育不良(25.6%,40/156)。MR内耳水成像:20例单纯前庭水管扩张(12.5%,20/156)。6例Mondini畸形(4.1%,6/156)。4例耳蜗异常(3.8%,4/156)。1例半规管异常(0.7%,1/156)。颞骨CT:12例中耳炎病变(7.7%,12/156)。8例颈静脉球高位(5.1%,8/156)。20例乙状窦前移(12.8%,20/156)。结论人工耳蜗植入术前影像学检查阳性率较高,全面的影像学检查对术前评估有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the preoperative imaging results of 156 cases undergoing Nruotron cochlear implantation.Methods 156 patientsundergoing Nruotron cochlear implantation participated in the study from Jan,2016 to July,2016.All of them underwent cranial MRI,MR of inner ear and CT of the temporal bone before surgery.Results 156 cases,a total of 312 ears.102 males and 54 females,the average age is 2.4 years old.CranialMRI shows 40 cases show White matter hypoplasia,accounting for 25.6%of screening patients.MR of inner ear:20 patients with dilated vestibular aqueduct,accounting for 12.5% of screening patients.6 cases of Mondini malformation,accounting for 4.1%.4 cases of cochlear abnormalities,accounting for 3.8%.1 cases of abnormal screening in patients with semicircular canal,accounting for 0.7%.Temporal bone CT:12 cases of otitis media,accounting for 7.7%,8 cases of high jugular bulb,accounting for 5.1%.20 cases of sigmoid sinus forward,accounted for 12.8%.Conclusion The preoperative imaging evaluation is very important because of high positive rate.更多还原
