【摘要】 目的探讨二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素30注射液(诺和锐30)治疗儿童1型糖尿病(T1DM)的疗效。方法将10岁以上T1DM患儿126例采用随机数字表法分成胰岛素(A)组和胰岛素+二甲双胍(B)组。A组60例,采用诺和锐30治疗;B组66例,采用二甲双胍+诺和锐30联合治疗。记录2组患儿血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生次数、住院时间等治疗基本情况。治疗3个月后,对B组患儿进行随访,并对治疗前后的血糖、肝肾功能、乳酸等指标进行比较。结果 2组均可有效控制血糖,但B组在血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生次数、空腹血糖水平、住院时间方面均优于A组。B组患儿口服二甲双胍前后,肝肾功能和乳酸差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗儿童T1DM效果显著且安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate metformin combined with insulin aspart 30 injection(Novo Mix 30) in thetreatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) in children and adolescents. Methods A total of 126 T1 DM children over 10 years of age were randomly divided into insulin group(A) and insulin + metformin group(B). A group(n=60) was giveninsulin aspart 30 injection(insulin aspart 30), and B group(n=66) was given the metformin and insulin aspart 30 injection(Novo Mix 30). Results The two groups can effectively control blood glucose, but the B group in the blood glucose controltime, insulin dosage, the incidence of hypoglycemia, fasting blood glucose and hospitalization time were better than those of Agroup. There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function before and after oral administration of metformin in Bgroup(P>0.05). Conclusion Metformin combined with insulin is effective and safe in the treatment of children with T1 DM.更多还原
