【摘要】 目的:初步观察鸡内金的解酒作用。方法:将昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、鸡内金水煎液高剂量组、鸡内金水煎液低剂量组、葛根水煎液组。正常组、模型组灌胃生理盐水,鸡内金组和葛根组灌胃相应水煎液。给药30 min后,除正常组外,其余各组予白酒灌胃,正常组灌胃等量生理盐水。记录灌胃后10、30、60、90、120、150、180、210 min小鼠金属网攀附时间;检测各时段血乙醇浓度。结果:鸡内金水煎液可延长醉酒初期小鼠的金属网攀附时间,同时可降低小鼠血中乙醇浓度。结论:鸡内金具有一定的解酒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the dealcoholic effect of Chicken’s Gizzard-Membrane on hangover mice.Methods:75 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups:normal control,model,high dose of Chicken’s Gizzard-Membrane,low dose of Chicken’s Gizzard-Membrane and Gegen(Pueraria) groups,normal and model group mice were given the same volume saline,the other groups were given the corresponding water extract solution respectively,after taking medicine 30 min,mice of each groups except normal group were intragastric infusion of 56% alcohol(0.13 m L/10 g),the stay time of mice on metal net at 10,30,60,90,120,150,210 min after intragastric infusion 56% alcohol were recorded,alcohol concentration in blood of each group mice were determined at 30 and 90 min.Results:Chicken’s Gizzard-Membrane water extract solution could prolong the stay time of mice on metal net at 10 min after intragastric infusion 56% alcohol and lower the blood alcohol concentration.Conclusion:Chicken’s Gizzard-Membrane can allay hangover.更多还原
