【Abstract】 The causes of hemorrhage during cholecystectomy were analyzed in two cases with liver cirrhosis. It was pointed out that special attention should be paid to the abnormal expansive portal vein branch of gallbladder bed,which sometimes led to the occurrence of intraoperative bleeding. Corresponding treatments were discussed. Besides,other issues related to intraoperative bleeding in these patients were also addressed.更多还原
