The paper investigates the regional financial competitiveness of Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian and Taiwan by competence indicator system,which is measured by financial size,financial deepness,financial ecological environment and openness.The empirical analyses show that,different areas across the Taiwan Strait have their own advantages in different aspects of finance,which means they are complementary to each other.Meanwhile,the financial development of different areas in mainland China...
