基于负二项回归模型的空气质量指数分析
Analysis on Air Quality Index Based on Negative Binomial Regression Models
【摘要】 空气质量指数是与人们的日常活动密切相关的指标。基于中国18个城市2014年共52个周的空气污染计数数据进行负二项回归分析,通过运用广义线性混合效应模型和广义估计方程的方法进行比较分析,从理论和实际应用上得到了一定结论。研究结果表明:广义线性混合效应模型和广义估计方程两种方法在分析空气污染问题中差别不大;人口因素、城市园林绿化状况、气象因素、城市群效应以及季节效应对所研究城市的空气污染状况发生与否及其严重程度有显著的影响。
【Abstract】 Air quality index has a close relationship with our daily life.In this paper,we use the negative binomial regression model to analyze the AQI of 18 cities of China in 2014.From the comparison of the two methods:generalized linear-mixed effects model and generalized estimating equations,we draw some conclusions from theory and practical applications.The results show that:the two methods have no significant difference in dealing with the pollution counts data.Meanwhile,population,coverage ratio of greening,weather,city groups and seasonal effects all have significant impact on the counts.
