【摘要】 改革开放30多年来,中国经济取得了飞跃式的发展,目前已经进入到从要求"量"增长到追求"质"提升的新阶段。基于此,在前人研究基础上,进一步发展和完善了区域经济增长质量评价体系,提出评价区域经济增长质量的三大指数和区域经济综合发展的两大指标。利用陕西省1998—2014年的数据,定量分析陕西省经济的发展态势,并提出相应的政策性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s economy has achieved rapid development after 30 years of reform and opening up,which has entered into a new stage from "quantity" to "quality".Admitting this,we construct the evaluation system of regional economic growth quality based on previous studies,and put forward three index to evaluate the quality of the regional economy and the two index of comprehensive development of regional economy.Then using the data of 1998-2014 in Shaanxi Province to quantitative analysis in Shaanxi province economic development momentum,we put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.更多还原
