【摘要】 计量是港口企业重要的技术基础工作,是港口生产全过程中不可或缺的环节。做好港口计量工作,对于保证安全质量、提高生产率、节能减排、加强经济核算、促进港口现代化建设具有重要作用。以天津港集团计量中心站为典型,通过调研考察,系统地梳理了天津港集团计量工作现状与存在的问题,总结了国内其他港口企业的先进计量管理经验。在此基础上,提出了未来港口计量发展的主要思路,明确了港口计量中长期规划的指导思想、基本原则、发展目标、主要任务等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Metrology is an important basic technological work,and it is one of the essential part in harbor enterprises’ safety production.Port metrology,plays a significant role in guaranteeing quality safety,increasing productivity,promoting energy saving,greenhouse reductions and trade settlement,and advancing port modernization construction. Taking the metering center station of Tianjin port as a typical case,a systematic study of the practical situation and problems of Tianjin port group was made,and the advanced metrology managerial experience of port enterprises at home was reviewed.On this basis,thoughts on the development of port metrology were put forward.It clarifies the medium and long term planning of port metrology,including the guidelines,basic principles,major targets and major tasks.更多还原
