Modifications and improvements to the Mangat model have been suggested, this paper considers a new randomized response procedure, in which we introduce a new randomizing device instead of the unrelated question, indirectly rectifying the problem of the unknown proportion innocuous character and thus simplifying the survey process. This research laid the theoretical foundations to the large-scale sample survey of social sensitive question using randomized response technique.
