【摘要】 目的:探讨围手术期男性患者尿管留置时机和不同润滑剂对其术后舒适度的影响。方法:选择148例围手术期男性患者,采用抽签法分为常规组、观察1组、观察2组、观察3组(每组37例)。常规组在术前30 min留置尿管,润滑剂为石蜡油;观察1组在术前30 min留置尿管,润滑剂为利多卡因胶浆;观察2组在全麻后留置尿管,润滑剂为石蜡油;观察3组在全麻后留置尿管,润滑剂为利多卡因胶浆。应用疼痛分级和尿道刺激反应分级分别于术毕麻醉苏醒后对4组患者进行测评。结果:在疼痛方面,观察1组和观察3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察2组和观察3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余组间无显著性差异;在尿道刺激反应方面,观察1组与观察3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余组间无显著性差异。结论:在全麻前进行利多卡因润滑导尿可有效提高男性留置导尿患者术后的舒适度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of different time of urethral catheterization and type of lubricant on the comfort degree for the male patients after operation.Methods:148 cases of male patients were divided into 4 groups(37 cases in each group).The regular group used sterilized paraffin oil as catheter lubricants and received indwelling catheter 30 min before operation.Patients in test group 1 used Lidocaine mortar as catheter lubricants and received indwelling catheter 30 min before operation.Patients in test group 2 were carried out urine catheterization after the anesthesia and used sterilized paraffin oil as catheter lubricants.Patients in test group 3 were carried out urine catheterization after the anesthesia and used Lidocaine mortar as catheter lubricants.Four groups of patients were evaluated by using the pain grade and urethral stimulation,respectively.Results:There were significant differences in pain grade between the test group 1and group 3(P<0.05).The test group 2 and group 3 also have significant differences in pain grade(P<0.05).There was difference between the other groups.The test group 1 and group 3 had significant differences in urethral stimulation reaction(P<0.05).There was no difference between the other groups.Conclusion:Indwelling catheter after operation and used Lidocaine mortar as catheter lubricants for patients can significantly decrease their pain and discomfort.更多还原
