M60甲醇汽油发动机台架综合试验

【摘要】 在一台多点电喷汽油机上,对M60甲醇汽油以及纯汽油进行100,h发动机台架试验研究,通过动力性、燃油经济性、摩擦磨损性、清净性、润滑油等方面的对比分析,探讨M60甲醇汽油对普通电喷自然吸气式汽油机的影响.试验结果表明:在发动机参数未做任何调整的情况下,燃用M60甲醇汽油,动力性有所下降,燃油消耗率上升;发动机主要部件磨损量增大,磨损量平均高25%,~30%,;发动机的清净性略有提升,主要部件的高温沉积物略有增加;发动机润滑油的运动黏度变化较大,正戊烷不溶物含量上升明显,总碱值下降稍快.

【Abstract】 A 100-hour engine bench test was conducted on a multi-point electronic fuel injection(EFI)spark ignition(SI)engine, fueled with M60,methanol-gasoline(60%, methanol in volume)and pure gasoline respectively.Through the comparative analysis of power performance,fuel economy,friction and wear,detergency,and lubricating oil,the comprehensive influence of the M60,methanol-gasoline on the conventional EFI naturally aspirated SI engine was explored.As the experimental results reveal,both the power output and fuel economy declines,with the engine parameters remaining the same.The wear of main moving parts increases by 25%,—30%, on average.Moreover,the detergency of the engine improves slightly though high temperature deposits on the main parts increase a bit.Noticeably,the kinematic viscosity of engine lubricating oil changes greatly,with an obvious rise in the content of n-pentane insolubles,and a fast fall in total base number(TBN).
