【摘要】 目的:探讨两种根尖诱导成形剂在年轻恒牙根尖诱导形成术(AP)中的临床疗效及对患者根尖孔闭合时间的影响。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年1月本院收治的92例(101颗)年轻恒牙牙髓感染患者,随机分为Vitapex组(46例49颗)与MTA组(46例52颗),分别应用Vitapex与MTA两种根尖诱导成形剂进行AP治疗。对比术后1周根管治疗期间疼痛(EIP)分级,随访24个月观察两组临床疗效及根尖孔闭合时间。结果:术后1周,MTA组的EIP分级显著低于Vitapex组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月MTA组的总有效率为98.08%,与Vitapex组的91.84%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后12、24个月MTA组的总有效率分别为95.65%、87.50%,均显著高于Vitapex组的79.55%、66.67%(均P<0.05)。MTA组根尖孔闭合时间均较Vitapex组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论:MTA与Vitapex用于年轻恒牙AP均有良好疗效,但MTA的远期效果更好,疼痛更轻且闭合周期更短,是一种较为理想的根尖诱导成形剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of different apexification materials on clinical efficacy,apical hard tissue and apical foramen closure in young permanent incisors.Methods:Totally 92 young patients(101 teethes) with pulp infection of permanent teeth were randomly divided into Vitapex group(46 cases 49 teethes) and MTA group(46 patients 52 teethes),who received AP treatment with Vitapex and MTA respectively.The grade of Endodontic Interappointment Pain(EIP) at first week after operation was compared,the clinical efficacy,amount of apical hard tissue and time for apical foramen closure were observed.Results:The EIP grade of MTA group was significantly lower than that of Vitapex group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of MTA group was 98.08%,having no significant deference compared with 91.84% in Vitapex group(P>0.05),the total effective rate of MTA group was 95.65% at 12 months and 87.50% at 24 months,significantly higher than 79.55% and 66.67%in the Vitapex group(P<0.05);3 months after operation,both groups showed deposition of calcified tissue at apex,which was faster in the MTA group than the Vitapex group;The closing time of apical foramen in MTA group was significantly shorter than that of the Vitapex group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTA and Vitapex have good curative effect in apexification of young permanent teeth,but the long-term effect of MTA is better,the pain is milder and the closing time of apical foramen is shorter,which is an ideal apexification agent.更多还原
