【摘要】 采用社会网络分析法,对西安高新区科技创新发展规划进行社会网络分析,重点探讨了整体网络结构、子网特征、中心性、诚实中间人指数等指标。研究结果发现,整体网的密度较小,各个参与主体的联系比较稀疏。政府部门在科技创新中的作用比较大,社会多元主体的力量较弱,市场主体的作用和地位不平衡。未来政府在科技创新过程中应该由"主导者"逐渐向"中介者"角色转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the method of social network analysis,we analyzed the scientific and technological innovation development planning of Xi’an hi-tech zone and focused on analyzing some statistics,including the whole network structure,subnet characteristics,centrality and honest broker index. It turned out that the overall network was presented with a low density and the relations of participants was not close. The role and function of the government is of great significance. the power of multi-dimensional main body was weak. The role and status of the market subjects remained unbalanced. In the future,the government should change its ‘dominant’ role into a ‘broker’ role.更多还原
