【摘要】 客观审视高校研究生师生关系的现状与影响,是提高我国高校研究生培养质量的重要前提。从社会交换理论视角出发,以3所高校的376名研究生为被试,展开研究生师生关系现状与影响机制的调查与实证分析。结果显示:第一,我国高校研究生师生关系质量普遍不高,处于中等偏上水平,且存在显著的性别与学科差异;第二,博士研究生的师生关系质量显著高于硕士研究生;第三,师生关系对研究生科研绩效存在显著影响,是研究生科研绩效的重要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an important prerequisite to improve the quality of graduate education in universities to objectively examine the current situation and influence of the relationship between supervisors and students.From the perspective of social exchange theory,this paper makes a survey and empirical analysis of the current situation and influencing mechanism of the relationship between supervisors and students in three colleges and universities,with a total of 376 postgraduates.The results show:first,the quality of supervisors-students relationship is in a middle level,and there are significant differences in gender and discipline; second,the quality of supervisors-doctors relationship is significantly higher than the quality of supervisors-masters; third,the relationship of supervisors-students has significant influence on the performance of scientific research,and it is an important factor of postgraduate research performance.更多还原
