【摘要】 建立缓解视疲劳保健食品视怡片的质量标准。采用薄层色谱法对视怡片中银杏叶进行鉴别,以高效液相色谱法测定视怡片中的槲皮素、山奈素及异鼠李素含量,并利用紫外分光光度法测定制剂中叶黄素酯的含量。结果表明,薄层色谱图中斑点清晰、分离度好、阴性无干扰;槲皮素、山奈素、异鼠李素分别在6.23μg/m L~62.34μg/m L、6.32μg/m L~63.28μg/m L、4.18μg/m L~41.82μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.57%、98.45%、98.33%;叶黄素酯在1.02μg/m L~8.16μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.05%。所建立的方法可较好地控制视怡片的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish the quality standard of Shiyi tablets which possess the function of relieve visual fatigue. Folium Ginkgo was identified by Thin-Layer Chromatography,the content of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography,UV-Visible spectrophotometry was chosen to detect the content of lutein ester. The results showed that the spots were clear and well separated and no interference from the negative control was found. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration rang of 6.23 g/m L-62.34 g/m L,6.32 g/m L-63.28 g/m L,4.18 g/m L-41.82 g/m L.The average recoveries were 98.57%,98.45%and 98.33% respectively. Lutein ester concentration of 1.02 g/m L-8.16 g/m L showed a good linear relationship.The method was reliable to control the quality of Shiyi tablets.更多还原
