利用钼尾矿制备微晶泡沫玻璃
Preparation of Foam Glass-ceramic from Molybdic Tailings
【摘要】 本研究以钼尾矿为主要原料,以碳粉为发泡剂,硼砂为助溶剂,通过板状烧结法制备出了高性能微晶泡沫玻璃产品。通过失重与差热分析(TG-DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段,探究了不同钼尾矿掺入量对微晶泡沫玻璃的相组成、密度、导热率、微观气孔结构的影响。研究结果表明.钼尾矿的最佳掺入量是40wt%,所制备得到的微晶泡沫玻璃样品的晶相主要是钙铁透辉石(Ca0.90Mg0.71Fe0.25Si2O6),其密度为0.2kg/m3,导热率为0.089 W/(m·K),气孔分布均勻,孔径约为0.8-1.2 mm。
【Abstract】 High-performance foam glass-ceramics were prepared by sintering method,using molybdenum tailings as the main raw material,carbon as the foaming agent,and borax as the accelerating agent.The effects of tailings ration on the phase composition,density,thermal conductivity,and pore structure were studied by TG-DSC,XRD,and SEM.The results indicate the best mixing ratio of molybdic tailings is40 wt.%,the main crystalline of foam glass-ceramic is calcium magnesium iron silicate(Ca0.90Mg0.71Fe0.25Si2O6),the density of the product is0.2 kg/m3,the thermal conductivity is 0.089 W/(m·K),and the average bubble size is 0.8-1.2 mm.
