【摘要】 在十三五规划中,天津市国家现代职业教育改革创新示范区建设继续深化,实景实训教学一直是现代职教的核心内容。通过对实习实训基地的调研,基础数据收集,发现和分析问题,对现代职教教育教学实习实训基地的资源利用效率的相关理论和模式进行探索;剖析当前各专业实习实训基地成功经验和不完善之处,比较中外有关研究和实践的差距;从资源配置效率视角,提出整合现有实习实训基地资源,满足市职业教育教学需求,改进教学模式,为社会培养出更多的实用性人才,节约社会资本,在产业升级中发挥极大地效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 in the 13 th Five—Year Plan,the construction of Tianjin’s national modern vocational ed ucation reform and innovation demonstration area continues to deepen,and the practical teaching with real work environment has always been the core content of modern vocational education.This paper ex plores the relevant theories and models of the resource utilization efficiency of the modern vocational education teaching and practical training base through the research of the practice training base and the collection of the basic data,and it analyzes the successful experience and the imperfections of the current professional training base of each specialty and compares the gap between related research and practice at home and abroad.From the perspective of resource allocation efficiency,this paper proposes to integrate existing practical training base resources to meet the requirements of the vocational education and teaching,improve the teaching mode,cultivate more practical talents and save social capital,which plays a great effect in industrial upgrade.更多还原
