【Abstract】 With the rapid development and promotion of global economy,the environmental protection,sustainable development and human health have gradually been focused on the attention from governments around the world.Considering on their own interests,the countries have gradually made the policy regulations and technical standards to protect the environment,to set up the green barriers indirectly,and having effects on the free trade.There is a gap between the global countries from the economic base, the technical level and the environmental protection concept.
