机械专业大学生创新创业中知识产权保护策略
Intellectual Property Protection Strategy for the Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Mechanical Engineering Students
【摘要】 随着创新创业训练在高校中鼓励推广,大学生越来越积极参加各种科技创新和创业实践活动,促进了越来越多的高水平成果诞生在校园大学生团队之中。对于涉世未深的大学生来说,受知识和经验的局限,在创新创业实践中往往仅重视技术或创意的创新,却忽视了对相关成果的知识产权保护,或者缺乏知识产权保护的技巧方法,经常造成创新成果泄密而失去首发价值和市场先机。通过分析机械行业创新创业的主要特点,设计了一种较全面、易操作的知识产权保护方案,可使大学生努力获取的高水平成果能够最大限度得到知识产权保护。
【Abstract】 With the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship training, college students are more and more active in science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship practice, and more and more high-level achievements are born in student teams. Limited by knowledge and experience, college students often only focus on innovation in technology or creativity, ignore the protection of intellectual property rights or lack of skills for intellectual property protection, which often results in the leakage of innovation achievements and the loss of initial value and market opportunities. Through analyzing the main characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship in machinery industry, a scheme of intellectual property protection is designed in this paper, and it is more comprehensive and easy to operate. The system can make high-level achievements of college students enter the protective scope of intellectual property rights, protect and promote their enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, so as to get more achievements.
