生活垃圾焚烧底渣资源化制备陶瓷砖

【摘要】 实验通过垃圾焚烧底灰制备陶瓷砖,并通过正交分析法研究灰渣添加比例、烧结温度、保温时间3个因素对于陶瓷砖破坏强度、线膨胀率、吸水率等性能的影响。研究结果表明:(1)3个因素的影响重要程度依次为:烧结温度>灰渣添加比例>保温时间;(2)添加垃圾焚烧底渣导致坯体破坏强度降低,但对线膨胀率与吸水率无显著影响;(3)将陶瓷砖的烧结温度适当升高,有利于降低坯体吸水率,增加坯体破坏强度;(4)陶瓷砖的烧结温度在1 075℃时,其坯体线膨胀率最小;(5)较优实验条件为:烧结温度1 100℃、保温时间13min、额外添加灰渣比例20%,此时制得的陶瓷砖样品各项主要指标性能达到国家标准《GB/T 4100-2015陶瓷砖》,附录L,干压陶瓷砖E>10%,BⅢ类———陶质砖。

【Abstract】 In this study,the ceramic tiles were prepared by adding the bottom ash as the raw materials.The effect of the additive proportion,sintering temperature and the extraction time on the properties of the ceramic tile was studiedusing orthogonal method.The results show that:(1)the influence priority is:sintering temperature>additive proportion>sinteringtime;(2)the addition of bottom ash will cause the decrease of fracture strength,and has nearly no influence to the linear expansion rate and the water absorption;(3)the increase of sintering temperature will benefit for lower water absorption and increasing the fracture strength;(4)it has the lowest water absorption at the temperature approach 1 075℃;(5)the optimal experimental conditions are 1 100℃for 13min and 20%bottom ash addition.As-prepared ceramic tiles can meet the national standard GB/T 4100-2015Ceramic Tiles,aappendix L.Dry pressing brick of pottery and porcelain E>10%,BⅢ———ceramic tiles.
