【摘要】 目的探讨中药序贯疗法治疗应激性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法对2015年3月~2017年3月我院收治的应激性胃溃疡患者60例,按随机双盲分组法分为对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药序贯疗法联合治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的止血时间比较(P<0.05),血清胃泌素水平比较(P<0.05)。结论中药序贯疗法治疗应激性胃溃疡的疗效显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of sequential therapy of Chinese medicine on stress gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 60 patients with irritable stomach ulcers received at the undergraduate clinic in March 2015 March 2017 were enrolled,a randomized double blind grouping was used and randomly divided into 2 groups:A total of 30 patients in the reference group,after diagnosis,routine western medicine treatment;there were 30 cases in the treatment group,on the basis of the reference group,sequential therapy combined with Chinese medicine was adopted.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was evaluated and compared. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group.Serum gastrin levels were significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with stress gastric ulcer,sequential therapy with Chinese medicine is effective,worth learning.更多还原
