【摘要】 目的:探析颅内血管支架成形术治疗缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)的效果,旨在为今后临床治疗脑血管病提供参考依据。方法:选取普宁市人民医院2013年6月至2017年1月收治的90例ICVD患者行颅内血管支架成形术治疗,观察患者血流动力学参数变化情况及Alberta卒中操作早期急性卒中分级算计断层扫描评分(ASPECTS)情况。结果:经治疗后,患者平均流速、峰值流速、舒张末期流速均明显慢于术前,而阻力指数、脉动指数明显高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后患者ASPECTS较术前明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅内血管支架成形术治疗ICVD的效果显著,术后并发症少,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of intracranial vascular stenting in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and to provide reference for future clinical treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Methods 90 cases of ischemic cerebrovascular disease were treated by intracranial vascular stenting in our hospital from June 2013 to January 2017. The changes of hemodynamic parameters and the score of ASPECTS were observed. Results The mean fl ow velocity, peak fl ow velocity and end diastolic velocity were signifi cantly slower than those before operation(P < 0.05). The postoperative evaluation of ASPECTS was signifi cantly higher than that before operation(P < 0.05). Conclusion Intracranial stent angioplasty is effective in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. There are few complications and high safety. It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.更多还原
