【Abstract】 Through the investigation and analysis of the population size,structure,population management and service status during the "12th Five-year Plan" period as well as the population development environment during the "13th Five-year Plan" period,a series of strategies of population development are proposed for the "13th Five-year Plan" in Nanshan District of Shenzhen.Those strategies include the controlling of population size and structure from its source,an effective management of the floating population,and the improvement of population public services equalization.The aim of those strategies is to enhance the cultural quality of the population,optimize the population structure and industrial structure and urban spatial layout.A strong guarantee is provided to promote social progress and people’s livelihood.更多还原
