【摘要】 他莫昔芬(TAM)是一种选择性雌激素受体调节剂,临床上主要用于乳腺癌患者术后辅助治疗。近年来,TAM改善子宫内膜厚度的作用越来越受到重视。TAM具有多种生物学功能,如激活雌激素受体(ER),调节雌激素应答基因的信号转导通路,与其他雌激素诱导基因一起上调雌激素受体、细胞增殖标志如Ki67、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)-1、子宫内膜血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达等。理想的子宫内膜厚度对胚胎种植十分重要,目前,学者们开始探索将TAM应用于薄型子宫内膜患者冻融胚胎移植(FET)周期准备子宫内膜。本综述的主要目的是初步阐明TAM在薄型子宫内膜患者治疗中的临床应用和作用机制,并展望其在辅助生殖领域的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tamoxifen(TAM),the first selective estrogen receptor modulator class of drugs available for clinical use,is mainly used in the postoperative adjuvant therapy of breast cancer.In recent years,the role of tamoxifen in improving endometrial thickness has attracted more and more attention.TAM may activate ER and modulate the signal transduction pathways of estrogen-responsive genes,up-regulate the expression of ER,key proliferation marker Ki67,IGF-1,VEGF with estrogen induce genes.Because endometrial thickness is particularly important for successful pregnancy during frozen-thawed embryo transfer(FET).At present,researchers are exploring the application of tamoxifen on thin endometrium in patients undergoing FET.The main objective of this review is to elucidate the clinical application and mechanism of tamoxifen on endometrial preparation for patients with a thin endometrium undergoing FET cycles,and explore tis potential application in the field of assisted reproduction.更多还原
