【摘要】 目的 Meta分析早期补救性卵胞浆内单精子注射新生儿的近期安全性。方法采用计算机初检和手工检索相结合的方式,检索建库至2017年3月Medline(via.OvidSP)、Embase、PubMed、CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP等数据库,由2名研究员独立筛选分析文献,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入5篇队列研究文献,Meta分析结果显示早期补救性ICSI与常规IVF及ICSI比较,新生儿的各项出生结局,包括低出生体重儿比率、早产儿比率、出生缺陷率和出生性别比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对于常规IVF周期中完全受精失败的患者,早期补救性ICSI或许是一种安全、经济的选择方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the short-term safety of early rescue ICSI in neonates by meta-analysis.Methods: Computer initial inspection combined with manual retrieval method retrieved the database of MEDLINE(via.OvidSP),Embase,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,etc.from built up to March2017.The literatures were screened and analyzed independently by two researchers.RevMan 5.3software was used for Meta analysis.Results: Finally,5cohort studies were included.Meta analysis showed that there were no significant differences in neonatal outcomes including the rates of low birth weight infant,premature infant,and birth defects,as well as birth sex ratio between early rescue ICSI and conventional IVF and ICSI(P>0.05).Conclusions: For patients with total fertilization failure in conventional IVF cycles,early rescue ICSI may be a safe and economical option.更多还原
