柴油/天然气双燃料发动机模式切换的控制研究
Research on Model Switching Control for CNG/diesel Dual Fuel Engine
【摘要】 柴油/天然气双燃料发动机在运行过程中,根据实际工况选择工作在纯柴油模式或双燃料模式,由于燃料的供给方式不同,当两种模式发生切换时会引起转速的异常波动。本文分析了转速异常波动的原因,并基于能量守恒方程,建立了模式切换控制模型,通过采用CMAC-PID复合控制策略,实现转速异常波动的快速抑制。通过与PID控制效果对比,结果表明:CMAC-PID复合控制策略能实时、快速实现切换过程的平稳过渡,提高发动机性能。
【Abstract】 The compressed natural gas/diesel dual fuel engine can work on pure diesel model and dual fuel model. When the work model switches the engine speed appears fluctuation. Based on the energy conversation formula, the control model of the work model switch process is built. And the control strategy PID compound with cerebellar model articulation controller is adopted to eliminate the fluctuation of speed and realize the fast and steady speed. The simulation results show that a smooth transition in the period of work model switch is realized and the engine performance is improved.
