【摘要】 面对学术出版商业模式所形成的"期刊危机"与"出版危机",国外高校图书馆已经陆续参与数字出版实践。本文通过分析国外高校图书馆参与数字出版的方式,发现国外高校图书馆已经作为出版内容资源提供者、期刊托管平台提供者、数字资源长期管理者与保存者、OA政策的支持者与制定者及版权处理者参与数字出版实践,一定程度上拓宽出版通道,促进学术交流与传播。我国高校图书馆应借鉴国外相关经验,找准定位,主动参与数字出版。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facing with the "serials crisis" and "crisis in publishing" caused by the current business model of scholarly publishing, foreign university libraries gradually play an important role in the development of digital publishing, acting as content provider, and provide hosting platform for periodicals, carrier for managing and saving digital resources for a long time, supporter and constitutor of open access policy and copyright handler. This kind of action expands the publishing channel and promotes the scholarly communication and knowledge dissemination. So, it is necessary for university libraries in China to learn from the experiences of foreign university libraries, orient proper position and actively participate in digital publishing.更多还原
