Al含量和热处理对Fe-Al合金磁学-力学阻尼的影响
The Influence of Al Content and Heat Treatment on Magneto-mechanical Hysteresis Damping of Fe-Al Alloys
【摘要】 用多功能内耗仪对Al含量以及热处理对Fe-Al合金磁学-力学阻尼性能的影响规律和机理进行研究,实验结果表明:Al含量10.5(at.)%的Fe-Al合金经空冷阻尼性能最佳,而经相同热处理的29(at.)%Al和38(at.)%Al合金阻尼性能较低。铸态和水淬的样品也显示出很低的阻尼性能.此外,热处理时的加热温度对阻尼性能也有重要影响,要获得高阻尼性能,合适的加热温度是必要的.与Fe-Cr-Al合金一样,Fe-Al合金的阻尼性能也随温度的升高,阻尼值下降。
【Abstract】 The influencing rules and mechanisms of Al content and heat treatment on the magneto-mechanical hysteresis damping of Fe-Al alloys are investigated in this paper using a functional internal friction apparatus. It shows that the air-cooled Fe-10.5(at.%) Al alloy possesses the optimum damping capacity and the Fe-29(at.)%Al and Fe-38(at.) %Al alloys have lower damping than the Fe-10.5(at.%) Al alloy with the same heat treatment. The as-cast and water-quenched Fe-Al alloys exhibit low damping capacity. In addition,the heat treatment temperature has an important effect on the damping capacity of the Fe-Al alloys. An appropriate heating temperature is necessary to obtain high damping capacity for Fe-Al alloys. Like Fe-Cr-Al alloys the damping capacity of Fe-Al alloys decreases when the heating temperature is rises.
