不同栽培密度对乌腺金丝桃中总黄酮含量的影响

【摘要】 目的测定不同密度下的乌腺金丝桃各个部位中的总黄酮含量,探讨栽培密度是否对总黄酮的含量有影响。方法乙醇超声辅助提取不同密度各个部位的总黄酮。亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠比色法,以芦丁为对照品,应用紫外分光光度计测定总黄酮的含量。结果同一部位不同密度的总黄酮含量有差异,其中不同密度的花中总黄酮含量差异极显著,茎、花蕾、叶差异显著;茎、叶的含量随密度提高而上升,花和花蕾含量与密度的关系不规律。茎在栽培密度为15cm时,总黄酮含量最高;叶在栽培密度为15cm时,总黄酮含量最高;花在栽培密度为35cm时,总黄酮含量最高;花蕾在栽培密度为25cm时,总黄酮含量最高。结论栽培密度对乌腺金丝桃中总黄酮含量有一定影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids in different parts of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy under different densities,and to explore whether the planting density had an effect on the content of total flavonoids. Methods Total flavonoids were extracted by ethanol-assisted extraction at different densities. Sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate-sodium hydroxide colorimetric method was used,and rutin as the reference substance,the ultraviolet spectrophotometer was applied to determine total flavonoids content. Results The content of total flavonoids in different density of the same part was different. The contents of total flavonoids in flower of different density were extremely significant,and the difference of stems,buds and leaves was significant. The content of stems and leaves increased with the increase of density. The relationship between the content in flowers as well as buds and density were irregular. The cultivation density has an effect on the content of total flavonoids in Hypericum attenuatum. The content of total flavonoids in stem was the highest when the cultivation density was 15 cm; and the total flavonoids content in leaf was the highest when the cultivation density was 15 cm; the content of total flavonoid in flower was highest when the cultivation density was 35 cm; the content of total flavonoid in flower bud was highest when the cultivation density was 25 cm. Conclusion: Density affects the content of total flavonoids in Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. When the density is too large,the content decreases. Conclusion Cultivation density has effect of total flavonoids content in Hypericum cattenuatcan Choisy.
