养心颗粒对心力衰竭大鼠AngⅡ和ET-1的影响

【摘要】 目的观察养心颗粒对慢性心衰模型大鼠AngⅡ和ET-1的影响。方法采用腹腔注射阿霉素的方法复制心衰大鼠模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为3组,模型对照组,依那普利组,养心颗粒组,另取12只作为正常对照组,分别给予不同溶液灌胃,4周末观察心肌组织病理形态学变化,采用核放射免疫法测定血浆及心肌组织AngⅡ的水平,免疫组化法观察心肌组织ET-1的表达。结果模型对照组、依那普利组、养心颗粒组大鼠血浆、心肌AngⅡ、心肌ET-1表达均较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05);且依那普利组、养心颗粒组大鼠血浆、心肌AngⅡ、心肌ET-1表达较模型对照组降低(P<0.05);依那普利组与养心颗粒组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论养心颗粒能够降低心力衰竭模型大鼠AngⅡ和ET-1的水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Yangxin Particles on AngⅡ and ET-1 in rats with chronic heart failure. Methods Rat model of heart failure was induced by intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: model control group,enalapril group,Yangxin Particles group and 12 rats as normal control group. The rats were given different solution,The levels of AngⅡ in plasma and myocardium were measured by radioimmunoassay. The expression of ET-1 in myocardium was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of ET-1 in plasma,myocardium and angiotensin Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The expression of ET-1 in the control group,enalapril group and Yangxin Particles group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ and myocardium ET-1 in the model group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the enalapril group and the Yangxin Particles group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Yangxin Particles can reduce the levels of AngⅡ and ET-1 in rats with heart failure
