【摘要】 基于中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5),归纳并分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以中医药治疗扩张型心肌病的组方用药规律,为深度挖掘中医药治疗扩张型心肌病和新药研发提供参考依据。方法:应用中医传承辅助平台软件,构建中医药治疗扩张型心肌病的组方数据库,采用软件的"临床采集、平台管理、资料管理、知识检索、统计报表、数据分析",对方剂数据库进行四气、五味、归经分布、频次统计、组方规律、潜在新方分析。结果:通过对治疗扩张型心肌病的135首方剂分析,涉及中药192味,综合分析获得各中药使用频次、常用药对及潜在新组合,演化得到新方共7首。结论:CNKI中收录治疗扩张型心肌病以药性多偏温平,药味甘苦辛,用药多选益气温阳、健脾利水、活血化瘀等功效为主,体现了扩张型心肌病的"标本同治,补泻兼施"的治疗原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software( V2. 5),summarizes and analyzes Chinese Journal Full-text Database( CNKI) Prescription drug laws to Chinese medicine treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy,the depth of excavation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy and drug development to provide reference. Methods TCM inheritance auxiliary platform software,to build Chinese medicine treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy prescription database,using software " clinical collection,platform management,information management,knowledge retrieval,statistical reporting,data analysis," the other agent database four gas,flavors,owned by the distribution,frequency statistics,prescription rules,new square analysis. Results Based on the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy 135 prescriptions analyzed,involving 192 Chinese medicine taste,clear prescription drugs appear frequency,commonly used drugs and drug combinations for evolution to get new prescriptions 7.
