【摘要】 目的观察整合医学诊疗方案治疗抑郁症及对外周血神经递质水平的影响。方法将200例抑郁症患者随机分为中药组、针刺组、西药组、心理组、整合组。治疗8周末,进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)、神经递质评估,并进行临床疗效评价。结果整合组疗效优于其它4组(P<0.05);整合组在改善患者HAMD量表、TESS量表、神经递质方面显著优于其它4组(P<0.01)。结论整合医学诊疗方案可以明显改善抑郁症患者的心理症状,提高患者生活质量,促进患者全面康复,并且副反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective effect of integrative medicine therapy on depression and peripheral blood neurotransmitter levels.Methods200 cases of depression patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group,acupuncture group,western medicine group,psychological group,integration group.Treatment for 8 weeks,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),the side effect scale(TESS),neurotransmitter assessment,and clinical evaluation.Results The efficacy of the integrated group was better than that of the other 4 groups(P<0.05);the integration group was significantly better than the other 4 groups(P<0.01) in the improvement of the HAMD scale,TESS scale,and neurotransmitter.Conclusion Integrated medical treatment program can significantly improve the psychological symptoms of depression patients,improve the quality of life of patients,promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients,and less adverse reactions.更多还原
