蒙药材诃子中钙、锌元素提取方法研究和含量测定

【摘要】 目的研究诃子中微量元素Ca、Zn提取方法,并用原子吸收光谱法测定Ca、Zn含量。方法采用直接消化法、超声波法和微波消解法三种不同的提取方法,提取了诃子中微量元素,通过原子吸收光谱法测定其微量元素钙、锌的含量,并对三种不同提取方法进行比较。结果对于钙元素直接消化法和微波消解法元素提取率较高,三种方法提取锌元素差别不大;微量元素钙、锌含量分别为2015.5/μg·g-1、643.3/μg·g-1(微波消解法),测定方法的相对标准偏差介于0.2%0.6%之间,平均加标回收率在99.2%101.4%之间。结论微波消解法与直接消化法是提取诃子中微量钙和锌元素较好的方法。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定两种微量元素方法简便、可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective Study on the method to extract trace elements Ca,Zn and content determination in Terminalia chebula Retz. Methods The trace elements in Terminalia chebula Retz. were extracted by direct digestion,ultrasonic method and microwave digestion method. The content of Ca and Zn was measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results That the extraction ratio of Ca was relatively high by direct digestion method and microwave digestion method. Three methods to extract Zn was so little difference. The content of Ca and Zn was 2015. 5 / μg·g-1 and 643. 3 / μg·g-1,respectively( microwave digestion method).The relative standard deviation was in the range of 0. 2 and 0. 6%. The recovery was between 99. 2% and 101. 4%. The analytical results were satisfactory. Conclusion Direct digestion method and microwave digestion method was the better method to extract trace elements of Ca and Zn in Terminalia chebula Retz. In addition,the method to determine the two trace elements simultaneously by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was convenient and reliable.
