【摘要】 目的探讨瑞香素对CIA大鼠脾T淋巴细胞杀瘤效应的影响。方法建立胶原诱导关节炎(CIA)大鼠模型。大鼠随机分为健康对照组、CIA模型对照组、瑞香素治疗组、阳性药物对照组,连续治疗28天后处死大鼠,分离脾细胞。MTT法测定Con A诱导大鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖率。MTT法检测大鼠脾T淋巴细胞对瘤细胞(肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721)的杀伤率。结果 1瑞香素治疗组脾T淋巴细胞增殖率为(161.11±14.05)%,与CIA模型对照组(55.61±10.88)%、阳性药物对照组(13.00±12.14)%、健康对照组(101.35±16.79)%比均明显增高(P<0.05)。2瑞香素治疗组大鼠脾T淋巴细胞对瘤细胞杀伤率为(23.50±11.08)%,与CIA模型对照组(15.89±8.77)%、阳性药物对照组(7.74±8.84)%比均明显增高(P<0.05),接近健康对照组(24.35±13.45)%。结论瑞香素能明显提高CIA大鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖率和脾T淋巴细胞对瘤细胞杀伤率,有效促进CIA大鼠免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Daphnetin on spleen T lymphocyte tumor-cytotoxicity effect of CIA rats. Methods 1. Established collagen-induced arthritis( CIA) rat model. The rats were randomly divided into healthy control group,CIA model group,Daphnetin treatment group,Positive drug control group. Continuous treatment for 28 days,the rats were sacrificed and spleen cells were isolated after the end of treatment. 2. Determined Con A induced spleen T lymphocyte proliferation rate by MTT assay. 3. Determined the suppression rate of CIA rats to tumor cells( SMMC-7721) by MTT assay. Results 1.
