【摘要】 目的探究外固定支架在治疗小腿骨折中的效果。方法选取该院收治的小腿骨折患者80例并分为两组,对照组用钢板螺钉内固定治疗,观察组用外固定支架治疗,对比两组骨折恢复情况。结果观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间、总有效率及并发症均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外固定支架在治疗小腿骨折中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of external fixator in the treatment of leg fracture.Methods Select our hospital 80 cases of patients with leg fracture were divided into two groups,control group was treated with plate and screw fixation,external fixator treatment in the observation group,compared two groups of fracture recovery.Results In the observation group time,fracture healing time,the total efficiency and complications were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of external fixator in the treatment of leg fracture is significant,worthy of promotion.更多还原
