【摘要】 2016年,在国际油价处于低位震荡的情况下,世界油页岩的研究开发利用仍有所发展。2016年9月和11月,分别在爱沙尼亚和约旦召开了大型油页岩国际科技会议。当前世界上通过干馏生产页岩油的国家只有中国、爱沙尼亚和巴西,2016年全年共生产页岩油约150×10~4t,比2015年略有减少,在国际油价低迷的形势下产量下降的趋势还会继续。中国现有10座页岩油厂在生产页岩油,年产量约80×10~4t。抚顺矿业集团引进的日加工6000t颗粒油页岩的塔瑟克(ATP)干馏装置已实现正常运转。美国至今仍无油页岩干馏制油的工业化生产,但却有很多公司和大学开展了油页岩地上和地下干馏炼油的基础研究和现场试验。爱沙尼亚能源集团公司建设的Enefit 280装置于2016年9月成功运行,处理量220t/h,预计2016年底可实现完全稳定运行生产。加拿大、澳大利亚、俄罗斯等国的一些公司,或单独、或合作从事油页岩干馏新工艺的开发以及对原有工艺的改进工作。约旦、尼日利亚、土耳其等发展中国家加强了对油页岩资源的勘察及国际合作,开展了油页岩加工利用的可行性研究等。更多还原

【Abstract】 The world still manged to make progress in oil shale research,development and utilization at a time when international oil prices fluctuated on a low level in 2016.Two large international oil shale conferences were held in 2016,respectively in September and November in Estonia and Jordan.Currently only China,Estonia and Brazil in the world are producing oil from shale using the dry distillation method.A total of around150 ×10~4 t of shale oil was produced in 2016,slighly lower than the output of 2015.As oil prices stay low,shale oil production is set to continue to decline.There are currently 10 shale oil plants in operation in China,with a combined output of around 80 ×10~4 t per year.The 6000t/d Taciuk(ATP) dry shale distillation unit introduced by Fushun Mining Group has gone into operation.The United States has not yet begun commercial production of shale oil based on the dry distillation method,but a host of companies and universities are con ducting basic research and site experiments on dry distillation of oil shale both underground and above ground.The Enefit 280 unit constructed by Estonia Eesti Energia successfully went into operation in September 2016 and is now capable of processing 220 tons of oil shale per hour.The unit is expected to achieve full swing production in late 2016.Some companies in Canada,Australia and Russia are either participating in or inde pendently conducting development of new dry shale distillation technology or improvements to existing technolo-gies.Some developing countries such as Jordan,Nigeria and Turkey have strengthened their oil shale exploration and/or international partnerships and initiated feasibility studies into processing and utilizing oil shale.更多还原
