【摘要】 职业院校学生顶岗实习风险贯穿于实习计划、组织、管控等全过程,具有多样性和多发性,而且顶岗实习风险来源广泛,涉及立法、职业学校、学生、实习单位等因素,这在一定程度上降低了顶岗实习质量,影响了顶岗实习预期目标的实现。因此,有必要对顶岗实习风险进行有效的识别、分析、评估,厘清风险发生的因果关系,并据此采取有效措施防范和化解顶岗实习风险,提高顶岗实习工作质量,保障顶岗实习预期目标的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 the risks of the internship run through the whole process of its planning,organizing,controlling with diversity and complexity. The risks of internship arise from a wide range of sources involving legislation,vocational schools,students,internship units and other factors,which lowered the quality of post practice to a certain extent and affected the realization of the goal of post practice. Therefore,it is necessary to identify,analyze,evaluate and clarify the causal relationship of risks in students ’ post internship,and then take effective measures to prevent and defuse such risks accordingly,so as to improve the quality of internship and ensure the realization of its goal.更多还原
