【摘要】 目的:观察激素诱导下的股骨头坏死兔模型血浆中三酰甘油(TG)代谢特点及中药骨蚀灵胶囊的干预作用。方法:构建激素诱导下的股骨头坏死兔模型,运用UPLC/MS分析技术,观察兔模型血浆中TG体内代谢变化特点,分析与股骨头局部组织形态学改变的相关性;对比观察骨蚀灵胶囊对TG体内代谢的干预效果。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组、中药组与西药组的TG代谢在各时间节点均出现显著紊乱(P<0.01);与模型组比较,第3、5周时中药组与西药组的TG均下降(P<0.05);中药与西药组间比较无显著差异;与模型组比较,中药组与西药组的MRI检查仅见少量高信号的关节腔积液影像及股骨头中心信号偏低,病理学显示股骨头骨坏死程度轻微,且中药组好于西药组。结论:中药骨蚀灵与西药辛伐他汀同样具有降低血脂中TG作用,这可能是中药骨蚀灵预防激素性股骨头坏死的作用机制之一;中药复方以其多"靶点",整合调节作用强,毒副作用小而更具优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Toinvestigate the metabolic characteristics of triglyceride(TG) in the plasma ofrabbitswith steroid- induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head and the therapeutic effect of Gushiling Capsule.Methods Rabbit model of femoral head necrosis induced by hormone was established. The level of plasma TGwas detected by HPLC/MS and the relationship between the changes of plasma TG level and local histomorphologyof femoral head was analyzed. Results Compared with the normal control group, significant changes of plasma TGlevels were observed in the model group, the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group ateach time point(P<0.01). However, no significant difference was found between the traditional Chinese medicinegroup and the western medicine group. Compared with the model group, only a small amount of high signal jointimaging and central signal of the femoral head were found by the MRI examination in the traditional Chinese medicinegroup and the western medicine group. Pathology assay results showed the degree of femoral head osteonecrosis inthe Chinese medicine group was milder than that in the Western medicine group. Conclusion Gushiling Capsuleand western medicine Simvastatin have the similar effect of reducing plasma TG, which may be one of themechanisms underlying Gushiling Capsule preventing steroid-induced femoral head necrosis.更多还原
