【摘要】 缺血性脑血管病为脑血管疾病的多发病,临床治疗效果并不理想,探索缺血性脑血管病的最佳治疗方法成为了临床与基础研究的热点。骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs)是一类具有多分化潜能的干细胞,在缺血性脑血管病治疗上具有广阔的应用前景。本文对BMSCs的来源与生物学特性、分离与纯化、移植途径、时机和数量及其在动物模型与临床治疗上的应用进行综述,以深入认识BMSCs移植在治疗缺血性脑血管病中的重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is a frequently occurring disease,and the clinical therapeutic effect is not ideal. To explore the best treatment method of ischemic cerebrovascular disease becomes a hot spot in clinical and basic research. Bone marrow stromal cells are a kind of stem cells with multiple differentiation potential,which has broad application prospects in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. This paper briefly reviews the sources and biological characteristics,separation and purification,transplantation approaches, timing and quantity of the bone marrow stromal cells and application in animal model and clinical therapy,which will help us to understand the role of bone marrow stromal cells in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
