4种水生植物对5种养殖禁用渔药的植物修复能力
Phytoremediation capacity of 4 kinds of aquatic plants on five kinds of prohibited fishery drugs
【摘要】 目的建立室内箱式模型,考察水葫芦、水芹、金鱼藻和苞叶芋4种水生植物对模拟水样中环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、呋喃唑酮、氯霉素和孔雀石绿等5种禁用渔药的清除能力。方法分别于第0、1、2、4和6天取培养水样,水样经过滤后,用Cleanert PEP-2固相萃取柱对目标物进行富集、净化,用高效液相色谱仪进行定量分析,流动相为乙腈和体积分数为0.1%的磷酸水溶液(三乙胺调pH为3.0)。结果水葫芦、水芹对环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、孔雀石绿均有一定的清除能力,而对呋喃唑酮和氯霉素清除能力较弱;金鱼藻和苞叶芋对环丙沙星和孔雀石绿清除能力较强,对其他3种药物则清除能力弱。药物对于水葫芦、水芹和金鱼藻的生长有抑制作用,但是对苞叶芋则无明显抑制作用。结论研究所选取的四种植物均对抗生素具有去除能力,且可以耐受药物环境,能够应用于残留药物具有修复作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish an indoor box model for the evaluation of phytoremediation capacity of 4 kinds of plants(water hyacinth,cress,hornwort and peace lily) on 5 kinds of prohibited fishery drugs(ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin,f urazolidone,chloramphenicol and malachite green). Methods The water was sampled at 0,1,2,4,6 days,and then the antibiotics was extracted and purified with a Agela Cleanert PEP-2 solid phase extraction column after the water sample was filtered. Finally, the analytes were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) using a Kromasil C18 column anda Shimadzu SPD-20 A UVvisible detector. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0. 1% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid(adjusted to pH 3. 0 with triethylamine). Results The water hyacinth and cress have a certain ability to clear ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin and malachite green,while the phytoremediation capacity was relative weak for furazolidone and chloramphenicol. The hornwort and peace lily have a strong ability to clear ciprofloxacin and malachite green,while the phytoremediation capacity was relative weak for the other three drugs. In addition,drugs inhibited the growth of plants except for peace lily. Conclusions The results showed that these kinds of plants can be valuable for phytoremediation in aquaculture.
