【摘要】 目的探讨加强护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量的影响。方法选取上海中医药大学附属曙光医院2014年1月—2016年6月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予加强护理干预。比较两组患者生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组患者身体健康评分、心理健康评分、社会关系评分及环境因素评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强护理干预可有效改善糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量,提高患者护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of intensive nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy were selected in Shuguang Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to June 2016,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 40 cases. Patients of control group received conventional nursing care, while patients of observation group received intensive nursing intervention. Quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results physical health score, psychological health score, social relations score and environment factors score of observation group were statistically significantly higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). Nursing satisfaction of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with diabetic retinopathy.更多还原
