【摘要】 目的分析胸腔镜下肺癌根治术在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2008年1月—2011年1月在恩施州中心医院行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的NSCLC患者415例,其中T1期201例、T2期132例、T3期82例,比较不同分期患者手术时间、淋巴结清扫个数、术后并发症发生率、5年生存率。结果所有患者顺利完成胸腔镜下肺癌根治术。不同分期患者手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同分期患者淋巴结清扫个数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T1期、T2期、T3期患者术后并发症发生率分别为4.0%、4.5%、3.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T1期、T2期、T3期患者5年生存率分别为72.6%、41.7%、25.6%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腔镜下肺癌根治术在NSCLC患者中的应用效果良好,适用于不同分期NSCLC患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 415 NSCLC patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer were selected in the Central Hospital of Enshi Prefecture from January 2008 to January 2011,including 201 cases with T1 stage,132 cases with T2 stage and 82 cases with T3 stage.Duration of operation,number of dissected lymph nodes,incidence of postoperative complications and 5-year survival rate were compared in patients with different clinical stages.Results All of the 415 patients successfully completed the video-assisted thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.No statistically significant differences of duration of operation was found in patients with different stages(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences of number of dissected lymph nodes in patients with different stages(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications of patients with T1 stage,with T2 stage and with T3 stage was 4.0%,4.5% and 3.7%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Of patients with T1 stage,with T2 stage and with T3 stage,the 5-year survival rate was 72.6%,41.7% and 25.6%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer has good application effect in patients with NSCLC,and it is suitable for NSCLC patients with different clinical stages.更多还原
