石油与天然气工程全日制硕士专业学位研究生实践课程体系建设
Construction of Practical Courses for Full-time Engineering Degree Master Program of Oil and Gas Engineering from Talent Supply Side
【摘要】 根据石油与天然气工程全日制硕士专业学位研究生人才供给对工程技能和应用创新能力要求,在对专业学位研究生工程应用技能培养架构现状探析的基础上,成立首席教授负责制的核心课程建设组,通过深化教育教学改革,优化教育教学模式,构建完善基本教学条件与设施,从理论和实训两方面形成适合于全日制专业学位研究生工程实践能力培养的实践类核心课程体系,以夯实理论基础、拓展工程技能、提升应用创新能力。同时探索了全新的教学模式、考评体系与配套的制度体系,确保教学质量,以提高专业学位研究生培养水平,保障石油与天然气工程全日制硕士专业学位研究生的人才供给质量。
【Abstract】 Aiming to engineering demands to skill and innovation ability on working for postgraduates with engineering master degree in Oil & Gas Engineering,the courses construction group with chair-professor-charged system is teamed,teaching reformation is deepened, instructing model is optimized, and fundamental teaching facilities are built,furtherthe particalcourses system,is fittable for cultivating engineering skill and ability,is developed with theoretical and practical training taken into consideration based on review of cultivating measurementfor engineering skill and abilityof full-time ngineering master postgraduates in Oil & Gas Engineering. And it can strengthen postgraduates ’ theory,expand engineering skills and enhance innovation ability on working. In addition,teaching modle,examination and evaluation system,and auxiliary managing system are investigated,so that higher cultivating level is held to improve teaching quality and talent-supply quality of full-time postgraduates for engineering master degree in Oil and Gas Engineering.
